The Phantom Escape Room is back with an all new theme, new puzzles, challenges, and fun! If you participated in the first one, this is a brand new challenge for you and you won't be disappointed. If you missed the first one, this is your chance to experience something new and exciting right here in Bathurst. Teams that have partiipated so far have been quoted as saying "it's better than most other escape rooms they have done in much larger centres like Moncton, Halifax, British Columbia, and Florida! This Thursday is Wellness Day at BHS! During periods A and B regular classes will take place. Then, students will have a guest speaker during C. After lunch students are signed up for wellness activites for the entire afternoon. Oooh, and word is there will be free healthy snacks too!
Rogers Hometown Hockey is hiring energetic Brand Ambassadors with a positive attitude to work at the Bathurst festival, a love for hockey is a plus.
Brand Ambassadors’ responsibilities will vary-- running the festival games and promotional activities, walking event goers through virtual reality experiences, signing consumers up for contests etc. All training will be provided.

The students of BHS have already had a hugely successful run of their variety show for the entire student population before Christmas. In fact, it was SO huge, that we decided to put on a public show as well so no one misses out on this amazing talent. Spread the word that Thursday Feb. 15, 2018 is the day and the time is 6:30pm at the BHS Theatre. You won't be disappointed! And guess what?
Due to today's storm day, semester 2 will now begin on Friday, February 2nd. This means that there will be no school for students on Thursday, February 1st. See you Friday!

Exam week is just around the corner. Students have been busy this week finishing final projects and preparing for their final exams. Exams begin promptly at 9am. Students should arrive early as the exam rooms open at 8:45. Once students are done their exams (earliest 10:30am) they are free to leave school. Buses will pick up students as usual 3:15pm. In the event of a snowday, the missed exam will be written on the following day in afternoon. A voicemail will be sent home if this happens. Good luck on your exams!
