Historically, music has conveyed messages on an array of controversial topics (i.e. civil rights, the womens liberation movement, war, racism, etc.).  With this assignment, it is your task to compare and contrast a song written from the politically charged Vietnam War era with another song of your choosing (the second song should pertain to Freedom of Speech in one shape or form).
