There will be an additional walk-in vaccination clinic tomorrow, June 9th at the KC Irving Centre from 8:30am to 3pm for those who have yet to get their first dose.

BHS will be busing students in the morning to and from the clinic for those looking to get the vaccine. For students 16 and over no parental consent is required. Students 12-15  years of age will require consent from a parent or guardian. 

Anyone getting the vaccine must give consent using the form below. Students 12-15 must have their parent fill out the consent.
