French Oratory Success

Posted: May 17, 2016

Last weekend seven BHS students traveled to Moncton to participate at the provincial level in the French Speaking Oratory Competition. Earlier this month Brianna Parent-Long, Kaylee Gauthier, Mary Walker, Carolyn Smith, Jason Theriault, Merissa Landry, Magela Van der Plujm, Rebecca Mott, Ben MacDonald, and Megan White were awarded top honours at the ASD-N district competition. Brianna, Kaylee, Mary, Carolyn, Magela, Rebecca and Merissa represented BHS in Moncton in their respective categories. Competition was tough, but two students returned home with third place finishes. Kaylee placed third in the Grade 11 Early Immersion category while Brianna placed third in the Grade 12 Late Immersion category. BHS is very proud of all who competed.  Congratulations on a job well done!
